    This was great timing today. I needed to sweat, it seems. I've been making some changes to my diet and so sweating out toxins and yuck feels excellent. As always love how so much quality is within such a short period. Makes daily practice realistic and achievable. I am strong. 🙂 Namaste!

    I am here for day 5 of April. Thank you for this practice. It's a kick in the butt I needed for today. I really appreciated the mantra of "I am strong," as that's what I had to tell myself to get to the mat today. I always feel better and refreshed when I finished a practice by you, but going against my internal programing of not feeling deserving of happiness and self-care is hard in general, and harder when I'm dealing with a period of high stress. I've seen improvement in how I'm working through these bumps, and feel starting off my year with the TRUE series has definitely helped. Thank you so much. <3

    Day 5 of April kicking my butt hard but I needed it. This is the first time getting through a weightloss video with integrity in every pose and not collapsing and just pushing through. Really connected myself it was amazing. I was so close to dropping simba off the cliff but I didn't. Thank you!!!

    Wowee, after a 5 mile walk today I was wondering how I’d hold up on this one (my little calves and thighs were pretty crampy this afternoon!) but this daily yoga commitment must be paying off! I felt strong and empowered today, even when I doubted my ability to hold a pose I just breathed into it and before I knew it, we were busy flowing again. I’m loving this month so far! Thank you for giving me the strength on and off the mat to tackle things I may initially think will be too much for me, because with your help I always pull through. I especially can’t wait for tomorrow – cozy yoga sounds right up my street!!! Until then… Namaste xxx

    RESPECT DAY 5…hello legs and tummy! Felt this one today, made me feel so strong. Caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and could not believe the shapes I was seeing my body create! Thank you Adriene for guiding me in this new wave of self-love. Ahh. Namaste.

    As recovering from a virus so couldn't keep up as much as I wanted to but I was drawn to this video in my April exploration because I having a 'fat' day, which I hate to have and hate to admit I have. Trying not to feel guilty for the wrong food choices this week and focus on the good things I've done, eaten and felt. Namaste ??

    This was good doing after Meditation for Inner Peace, the challenge was warming, and I feel good; thank you. I am most thankful for the daily schedule that allows me to be in the gym, an aerobics class, and free yoga class on Wednesdays and Fridays (special for employees; yay!!!) because I can see the improvement in my strength, stamina, and endurance. I am working it and will be working a nice Epsom salt soak and applying some Bio-Freeze I was able to purchase recently? Namaste ???

    I really liked this video but when I was doing it, I didn’t feel very great with everything. I was having some trouble balancing and some pain. Anyone have any tips?

    Love this! During the mantra towards the end, my dog pushed her head under my head to make me pet her and kissed me as I said "I am strong". I think it was her agreeing with me! Thanks for the pick-me-up!
