    Wow – 2min30secs in and the chaturanga into triceps pushup whatever that was – impossible!! but other than that – great workout – I used 2 blocks under each hand for most of it – really helps for any other beginners like me!

    First day:done . Phew I died doing the side planks my hands were shaking so bad lol. This is first yoga btw I couldn't do properly for now. Maybe after few days I'll be able to. Also I sweated so much.

    Man, this was a killer YOGA routine, I'm a pretty fit individual, I do HIIT and strength training workouts 4-6 times a week and for some reason, your YOGA workouts always seem to be a challenge and KICK my BEHIND! Thanks for a tough and KICK BUTT workout!!
