1. You have to be subscribed to YouTube channel- Body for Days by Jerrika
2. You MUST interact 4 occasions per week by way of instagram, Facebook or Twitter! Using hashtag #bodyfordayschallenge​
3. You MUST exercise 4x per week for no less than 30 minutes .
4. MUST drink 1 Gallon of water a day for 21 days! ( it’s between you and your maker)

Challenge particulars!

•3/1 to 3/21 (21 days) – Weigh In 1 is due and likewise Via Pic 3/1 morning! Please weigh your self with out garments and footwear( for correct weight)and final Weigh Ins Due 3/22! Winners can be introduced 3/28.

•2nd place – the person who engaged and confirmed essentially the most consistency and overachieved!
