    I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety and got pretty lazy these last few week, it would be great if there were more videos like these to help ease into getting back into it 🙂 A few more videos for slow flows would be great and some that incorporate more breath flows as well 😀

    I love you videos so much!!! Your voice is calm and relaxing. I've been doing yoga every day for the past 7 weeks and ever since I found this video ~2 weeks ago it has been one of my favorites and I even convinced my boyfriend to try it.     I’ve just started the 75 Hard challenge and one of my goals was to get into Yoga and this video is amazing. Even though it was a beginners I was able to close my eyes the entire video and just let your voice guide me, even stayed on the floor for an extra 10 minutes after the videos ended. Will definitely be doing this one again

    This is clearly not for beginners/first timers. There are lots of challenging poses where no alternative pose was offered (eg 18:00) and made me give up after a while as I could not even attempt 50% correctly.
