News in the gyms

With the aim of adapting to the needs of its members, the new centers, such as the one that has just opened in El Ejido, have important innovations. The first is the optimization of spaces, adapting the design of some of the 7 training areas that make up the gyms to make them more spacious and comfortable for members.

This is the case of the cycle corner, which has been relocated, also facilitating the implementation of a specific area for light free weights. The second is the launch of new services that in many cases benefit from the accessibility of new technologies:

  • Massage chairs for Premium members: An alternative or complementary relaxation session to the training routine that works by scanning the membership card or the QR code available in the Basic-Fit app.
  • Small group trainings1: Personalized training designed to be carried out in small groups, which have been favored by the empowerment of larger functional areas.
  • Personal Online Coach: A guided and 100% online program through the Basic-Fit app, in which a certified and independent personal trainer creates, in collaboration with Basic-Fit and through this platform, a 12-week personalized training of duration. This specialist is in permanent contact with the member through a chat, to whom he performs a routine evaluation and analysis, to help him achieve his sporting goals comfortably and easily.

Basic-Fit provides a service to the Spanish market with gyms between 1,000 and 2,000 m², state-of-the-art machines, 7 different training areas, GXR group classes and the functionalities offered by the Basic-Fit app, all for an affordable price. “Our challenge is to take this club concept to as many people as possible, offering accessible, modern and quality centers for all our members, where training is easy and fun”, concludes Sebastien Taylor.

The Basic-Fit chain has the Comfort rate for €24.99, providing access to all the gyms that Basic-Fit has in Spain, as well as the Premium rate for €29.99, which gives access to the more than 1,250 clubs it has. the chain in Europe as well as additional services to the other rate such as massage chairs, the option of always taking a friend to train, a discount at Yanga Sports Water and a €20 voucher at NXT Level.
