Bruce Lee’s real workout in the gym written in his own handwriting


    Bruce Lee, icon and legend of martial arts, always aroused curiosity about what his workouts would be like in the gym.     4- French press again: 4 series of 6 repetitions with 64 pounds

    5- Biceps curl: 4 series of 6 repetitions with 64 pounds

    6- Push-ups: 3 series of 10 repetitions

    7- Two hand curl: 3 series of 10 repetitions

    8- Triceps stretch: 3 series of 8 repetitions

    9- Circles with dumbbell: 4 series to muscular failure

    10- Reverse curl: 4 series of 6 repetitions

    11- Wrist curl: 4 series to muscular failure with 64 pounds

    12- Wrist curl: 4 series to muscular failure with 10 pounds

    13- Sit up: 5 series of 12 repetitions

    14- Calf raises: 5 series of 20 repetitions
