Distrito Estudio shoots its income by 40% in the first semester of 2023, up to 1.6 million

The Distrito Estudio forecasts for the second semester continue the upward trend of the first part of the year, reaching a billing annual of 3.9 million euroswhich represents an average of 396,703 euros per operating center.

Chain attributes the increase in its business volume to the opening of new centers, the increase in the number of partners and the expansion of its service offer. David Estébanez, director of expansion and development of the company, has assured that “the focus focused on the client of Distrito Estudio, together with the continuous investment in state-of-the-art facilities, has been essential to generate satisfaction and loyalty among our growing customer base. users”.

Distrito Estudio focuses its growth plans on the Community of Madrid, a territory in which it already manages four centers and in which it plans to open three new stores in the short term. The capital will be joined by the Levante and Andalucía regions, where the chain intends to open its first stores in the coming months.

The company plans to conclude 2023 with fourteen centers, eleven of which are already operational and located in Madrid (4), Vigo (2), Pontevedra, Barcelona, ​​Valencia, Bilbao, Malaga. In addition, the company reports that it has three more signed and in the process of opening.

Distrito Estudio has increased the number of members by one hundred between both years, going from 3,700 subscribers in 2021 to 3,800 members in 2022. He ticket average in Madrid reaches ninety euros, maintaining the concept store.
