Fitness trainers are urged to become professional

Julián González Villarreal, general director of the Institute for Human Development and Educational Assistance (IDHAE) located in this city, announced that this institution signed an agreement with the International Professional Fitness Organization (OIFP) Mexico, to offer the professional career specialized in ” Group Fitness”, in face-to-face and online modality.

He added that through this educational option, sports trainers, Zumba instructors or those who work in groups for physical conditioning have the opportunity to become professional.

Now they will be able to complement that passion that they put into their training sessions, since by studying this professional career they will have knowledge in anatomy, physiology, didactic methodology, among other knowledge.

In this context, he said that the race will begin in August and those interested in this area can go in August to the IDHAE facilities located at Carlos Merino Caramillo street number 22, Colonia del Maestro.

He stressed that, in addition, people with profiles related to this professional career will have advantages such as access to accreditations and certifications with international organizations, “a job opportunity opens up for all young people and people who wish to work with the OIFP, they will also be able to access academic exchanges in England, Peru, Chile, Argentina, among other countries”.

He concluded by stating that the aim is to professionally train people who are dedicated to this area so that they contribute to the development of the recreational part and the prevention of health.

For her part, Nallelit Aguilar, director of OIFP Mexico, commented that this professional career aims to provide the necessary tools and knowledge to people who want to venture into sports coaches with the specialty of group fitness.

He shared that with the professional study of this discipline, the aim is to reinforce the knowledge that many people already have in a lyrical way and now they can be trained academically to be able to develop the structuring of classes, macro cycles of personalized training, “and have the theoretical knowledge that they have to practice so that optimal results are obtained in people who exercise or opt for physical inactivation, for this purpose a merger has been made with the International Institute of Applied Sciences (IICA) based in Argentina”.
