Flybird Fitness Home Gym Equipment: Become Better 2023

For this review, I was provided a set of 25 lbs adjustable dumbbells along with an adjustable weight bench to get my journey with Flybird Fitness started. The folding bench was 99% pre-assembled in the box and I only needed to attach the foot grips and stop pins. No tools are needed!

This bundle gives me everything needed to work out all of my muscle groups: The dumbbells offer 5 weight settings and the versatile, durable steel bench has 10 possible settings. The strong, stable bench with secure foot grips, combined with the easily adjustable dumbbells, is the perfect setup with plenty of versatility.

A built-in safety feature is that adjusting the weight on the dumbells requires them to be in the included cradle. Changing the weight is as simple as spinning the steel handle on the dumbells to the desired weight and removing them from their cradle.

For me, it’s the right kit to help me keep my body functioning…I’m no bodybuilder, my life is actually pretty sedentary as I’m behind a keyboard for what at times feels like DAYS, it’s a perfect fitness starter pack for me and I don’t need to leave home. Flybird offers some training suggestions with illustrations on one of the inserts as examples of possible exercises.
