    Love the video … tried all the poses. Just one question … when doing revised table top, both elbows were a bit painful. Will I overcome with time or any alignment should I pay attention to ?

    so happy i came across your channel. since age 13, my knees have always swollen, and used to subluxate, so some poses are very difficult. one i am working on is just sitting on my feet. i usually have to use my hands to help. your voice and instruction method is soothing, and your tone is like, "don't worry, you may not be able to do it now, but i know little by little you'll get it."

    Hi Patrick, I’m 61 years old and started Yoga 3 months ago. I started with a gentle beginners class which is less challenging than your practice. I have been doing this exercise for 8 weeks now and I thoroughly enjoy it. I combine this practice with your beginners core strength practice or another yoga stream. I love working with your guidance. So calm and holistic. Just a little thank you. Keep up the brilliant work….
