    OMGosh, 68 and have not stretched by body like that for 10 years. Bad knees and athritis in spine. But I really like this and for the first time in a very long time my body feels alive. Thank you.

    I'm a beginner to yoga. It was reccomend by my pain management team for my knees, hips & lower back. I've had a total knee replacement that's classified as a failed replacement & I would love some videos on what yoga I could do that doesn't require kneeling. I am no longer able to kneel without being in extreme pain. Thank you.

    Love the chair yoga, great while I am working at my desk. It is a wonderful way to incorporate it into my day. It is also helpful since I broke a toe, it is healing but I am fearful of regular yoga. Thank you for introducing me to yoga. More beginner chair yoga please!!!
