    This was so nice! I just had 30 minutes before dinner, so was able to get some yoga in. You hit the sweet spot of talking just the right amount—enough to give thorough instruction (never actually heard to press down on the feet with the thumbs when doing butterfly!) but not just aimless chatter. I've subscribed!

    Hi Jessica! I love your videos! Can I make a request? I would love to see a video focusing on side-body stretches and twists that is a little slow and at a beginner/intermediate level. So there is still some movement and vinyasas but at a slower pace to really get into the side body. That would be perfect. Thanks!
