    As a 55 year old beginner with yoga I enjoyed your video a lot. Most beginner yoga videos are too difficult for me as I am not very limber. I tried yoga for the elderly, but those put me to sleep. Yours was the perfect mix of poses and stretches.

    I have not found many yoga videos that are doable for very out of shape fat people, but this video was perfect. It was the perfect amount of challenging, and it is one of the videos I've actually made it all the way through. Your voice is so soothing and encouraging, so thank you for helping me heal by being inclusive.

    This was the slow practice I needed today…but I hope you realize that a lot of people's thighs, or even hips touch the ground while lying on their back especially if they have a big booty! I find that a lot of yoga instruction, including this one, assumes we all have a small body, and that our arms won't fit around a certain body part or that our bellies get in the way of certain twists.
