Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin are introducing the Fit in the Park health and wellness series in Manitowoc County.
The Fit in the Park series provides free outdoor exercise opportunities starting today and running through August.
Along with exercising with certified instructors, during the last 10 minutes of class, a healthcare provider gives tips and information about healthy living and disease prevention.
Classes last about one hour and are designed for all fitness levels; attendees should arrive 10 minutes early to check in.
The first event in the Fit in the Park series will be a Yoga class today at 4:30 p.m. in Red Arrow Park.
