    Mix veg soup? You make it from scratch or packaged soups??
    And how are you maintaing it till now?
    Were you overweight from your childhood or did you get any hormonal issue like hypothyroid or pcod

    Can u pls tell me what do u eat entire day and in how much quantity? You lost weight by walk or by any other exercises? .. One thing i liked in your video that don't eat after 7pm. If you feel hungry then we can have soup or milk.
