    Hi. I've lost exactly 30 Lbs in 2 months! The best part is knowing that I did this myself. look at the method I use to lose weight here: => ???????????????.???/red-tea-detox <= (Google it)
    There was no one telling me what to eat or when to eat it. I made all of those decisions myself, and there's a freedom in that. There is also a very unique sense of accomplishment and self worth from recognizing that each pound lost came directly from me and my choices, not someone else's idea of the "right" way to lose weight.

    Thanks, wijze woorden! Eerste 10kg waren er al af maar moet door… dus bekijk dit soort video's regelmatig om de geest te versterken… afgelopen weekend was weer slecht te noemen… burgers, drank en een sigaar opgestoken :-/ maarrr morgen weer hard aan het werk voor die volgende 10kg

    If cal in vd. Cal out would be true..everyone wouldnt exist after 1 year or weigh 10 kilos ???
    Thats n o t true..its a hormone issue ! Everyone has a different metabolism and another bodytype. Its not just eat less for a cal deficite !!!!

    Why is it that, in all these before and after pics in YT vids, the before pic is always taken with a moody/serious expression when lots of light is running across the body to make it look like more of a blurry mass, whereas the after pic is always taken with a frozen media smile when a mixture of lights and shadows is running across the body and creating contrast that makes it look more detailed and defined?

    In other words, why does it always seem like the poster is doing everything possible to bias perceptions?

    And, really, it's easy for a body to have both of those appearances within the space of hours/minutes on the same day, depending on light, angle, posture, breathing in or out etc. …
