In an interview, Mira Rajput Kapoor shared her top tips for new moms, tips that she followed after the birth of first child, Misha. She said: “Number one is relax! Take it easy, be happy. If you’re happy, your baby is going to be happy. When you’re feeding your child, if you’re calm and happy, that goes to your child. Be calm, yes, but definitely have fun! Your relationship with your child should be one of friendship, and you should enjoy the experience.”

Alia Bhatt is the newest mother in the industry and we’re sure it’s not easy for her to manage her extremely successful career along with caring for her lovely daughter, Raha. But when asked for tips for new mothers, Alia candidly said “In fact, i get very irritated when people start giving advice as new parents to new parents, so I’m going to be one of those people who doesn’t give advice. Her advice is to “Be vocal and talk to everyone about what you are feeling. I have always said it out aloud that postpartum depression is a real thing. Because when you are pregnant you have a lot of people to look after you but once you give birth and everything changes, there are a lot of hormones that kick in. I have been very lucky because I have a wonderful husband, and great family support.”
