TIJUANAMARCH 31, 2023.- The Institute of Sport and Physical Culture (INDE BC) will celebrate the World Day of Physical Activation with a dynamic Fitness Class next Monday, April 3to which the invitation opens as part of the drive towards exercise in society.
He High Performance Center (CAR) It will open its doors from 10:00 a.m. to receive different clubs and dance, Zumba, and physical activity schools, as well as the general public, on the esplanade of the venue.
To the fitness classorganized by the Department of Physical Culture< in coordination with the Tijuana Municipal Sports Institute (Imdet), the approximate participation of 200 people is expected; the first 100 to arrive will be awarded a commemorative T-shirt.
Registration is completely free and can be done this Friday and even on Monday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the agency’s offices, located at Circuito Vial Sur s/n, UABC, Universidad Otay, 22427.
On the other hand, the Physical Culture area also offers Zumba classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. In addition, INDE BC invites you to learn about the different activation programs through www.indebc.gob.mx.
