Jason Momoa and his brutal leg workout with fitness expert Mark Twight

Actor Jason Momoa, known for ‘Aquaman’ and other movies, likes to train with fitness expert Mark Twight, responsible for the imposing physique of movies like ‘300’ or ‘Superman’. “We balance lifting with climbing, not straining the muscles from climbing the day before a gym session, but instead focusing on the chest, shoulders and legs,” shares Twight.

“The exercises and combinations with Momoa have to be fun,” says Twight, “and sometimes novel, like it’s a game, because he doesn’t like gym training as such.”

That’s why Momoa’s leg training plan includes many drags that, on the other hand, build a bombproof lower body and core.
