ONEIDA — The Oneida YMCA’s summer Wellness Speaker Series continues Tuesday, July 11, with a presentation to help you form healthy habits and improve your lifestyle.
The program begins at 6 p.m. at the Oneida YMCA, 701 Seneca St. The summer Wellness Speaker Series is sponsored by Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. The seminars are free and open to the public.
Jessica Evans-Kirley, owner of Body-Works Massage and Movement, is a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer with advanced training as a behavioral change specialist.
With 13 years of experience, Evans-Kirley has helped clients ranging from athletes to the elderly. Specializing in medical massage and corrective exercise, she uses her experience to help clients achieve healthy living through optimized movement patterns and habit formation.
