    Great video Tracy????I loved that you shared your supplements! I take most of the same ones but instead of Ashwsghadna I take Maca, love it!
    Also, you may be interested in the D I take its plant-based vitamin K 2+ D3 in coconut oil by sports research- I find it on Amazon and love it!!

    I started using Andrew Lessman's products several years ago, and although expensive, would not go back to the ones you can purchase off the grocery store shelves. I would enjoy a video about the teas you drink.

    When you mentioned Rhodiola I was like ?? my mom couldn’t push through the day without it. She is almost 68 and spent 2.5 years caring for my dad and worked a full time job getting nearly zero sleep. He passed a year ago and she’s still recovering from being incredibly exhausted. Rhodiola allows her to function. Thankfully she retires 12/28/18.

    Hi Tracy 🙂 loved your video, just wanted to comment on the digestion issues you talked about, I too have had problems with that since childhood, and after trying many things that were only marginally helpful, I discovered diatomaceous earth ( from Elles channel) , which iv been taking for a few months now , and am seeing amazing results. Its well worth researching.

    Hi Tracy, I came back to revisit this video since there are few supplements Im interested in. I understand that it would take forever if you go one by one on their benefits and what they do BUT, would you mind maybe do a couple at a time? It will be great hearing from a person that has used the products and not from a probably paid review in Amazon. Hugs from suuuper hot and humid South Florida.

    Very useful advice. I take vitamins and supplements but only 3 to 4 times a week. Save me some money and let my kidneys and liver rest a little bit. Otherwise ….

    Great video! I also take several supplements throughout the day and I am going to use your method of packing them for our vacations in the states. I wish I could do this when we go to Canada every year but customs requires that the supplements be in the original retail packaging and I don't want to take an extra bag just for my supplements.
