New guided activity trial classes for this week: Dance Fitness

The Fitness section of the Real Club Mediterráneo announces the following test classes for this week (from Tuesday 11 to Saturday 15 July)

This technique blends classical dance with fitness and is perfect for toning the body and improving coordination and balance while having fun.

It sweeps among the famous because it helps to lose weight while improving coordination and balance, increases flexibility and tones

The Ballet Fit allows you to care for and maximize your figure. It will make you look as graceful as a ballet dancer.

FITFLAMC®️

Fitflamc arises from the combination of two well-known pillars, fitness and flamenco dance. In this way, the usual dynamics of fitness classes merge perfectly with the steps and movements of flamenco dance.

In FitFlamc steps of Rumba, Bulerías, Tanguillos and Tangos are incorporated.

Health, fun and flamenco culture available to all who are encouraged by this new proposal created by the promoter María Carrillo.

WHAT IS AQUAFITFLAMC?

It is a dynamic and fun sport that can be done by children from 6 years old to over 95 years of age.
