    Hi bre,just subscribed to yr channel recently.great videos???? reason I chose to follow yr channel is it feels “suitable” for someone like myself with a similar body to yours.&I must say yr workout is tough(I try to keep up with the power vinyasa etc & e balancing part is challenging too) can u do a tutorial on how to float and tuck handstands?)     I tried so many different beginner-classes until I found yours. It's just great. Doing it as a daily routine for 3 Weeks now. When standing I
    couldn't bent down further than to the point where my hands touch the knees, but now i can reach the floor… Thanks so much, i had flexibility problems for years!
