So honoured to be within the kitchen with Elisha Yarrington, a fantastic uncooked food chef who carries a wealth of knowledge on all issues health-related. We’re creating an incredible Raw Pad Thai, made with an entire lot of affection.
Here is the complete recipe:

‘Satay’ Sauce:
– Cashew (or almond) Butter
– Ginger
– Turmeric
– Onion
– Coriander Root
– Maple Syrup (or honey)
– Olive Oil
– Tamari
– Chilli (or cayenne pepper)

Pad Thai:
– Kelp Noodles (soaked in sizzling water to melt)
– Spiralized Zucchini / Carrots (can use beetroot too)
– Coriander + Parsley
– Black Sesame Seeds
– Sunflower sprouts (or some other sprouts you’ve gotten!)

Massage sauce with dry substances + high with:
– Chopped cashews/almonds
– More sprouts + sesame seeds
– Edible Flowers (for further magnificence)

    It really is so delicious! I used coconut Aminos instead of tamari and it was sweet enough without any extra sweeteners. Thank you ladies!
