    Great video!! Simple, useful information… For a skinny, over 50 lady, how much strength training do you recommend? Right now I am only doing running twice a week (one long run, max 12km; one track workouts like HIIT, progressions, fartlek..etc). Thank you!!!!

    The best decision I ever made was to swap from running to swimming. My metabolism has revved up and I've become toned all over. I'm more fit, healthy and full of energy now than I ever was in my 20s. It's also an exercise that I know I'll still be able to do at 80 or when pregnant. Gliding through the water also feels like meditation and yoga rolled into one 🙂 The secret is just finding an exercise that you really love and connect with and doesn't feel like a chore. That's swimming for me! (still fighting the chocolate addiction though haha)

    I was sticking with my diet plan for 2 years ago but now i cannot bear starvation and i noticed that i tend to binge food more than the time before the diet i'm afraid of weight gain why???????????
