The new FDA Nutrition Facts Label is right here and that is the largest change to the nutrition food label in over 25 years. In this video we are going to have a look at the detailed adjustments and how they might have an effect on your food label. You will see the variations between the previous and the brand new label, together with the brand new Fiber definition, Added Sugars, Vitamin D, Potassium necessities, and different adjustments to the FDA food labels.

    The fat types in grams never equal the total fat grams why is this? What are the remaining missing grams of fat

    Im going to just buy stuff from the farmers market. Screw labels. These new ones are useless and pointless.

    The new nutrition label is HORRIBLE. It is Way too limited and should never have dropped the vitamin A and C listing. It is incomplete. It also SHOULD list B vitamins which are hugely important. You dropped the ball BIGTIME on this!!!!!! It needs to be fixed!!!
