    Maam mujhe hypothroid hai and mera weight 42 kg hai.around two yrs se mujhe gastric problem bhi ho gyi hai ,weakness bhi bahut rhte hai,digestion bhi weak ho gya hai. plz weight gain ke liye bhi diet plan ka video banayen.
