    I have to say I did more modifications for this one than I normally do because I my body doesn't like it when I lay down when my heart rate is up. I start feeling sick to my stomach for some reason…. The up down up down didn't work.

    Hi, I'm a US citizen living in New Zealand. I'm always looking for variety in workouts. I belong to a Les Mills gym and tomorrow's my BodyPump day, but it's still good to do something different. I could go out and climb a nearby hill, but it's winter here. One more thing: I'm in my 60s and still going strong, though exercising with the 20 and 30 somethings gets a bit discouraging at times.

    Really liked this. Viewing from the UK. I only just turned 40 but I've always had limitations on what my body could cope with. I loved the fact that there was nothing about this that made me feel like I couldn't do it, or criticized for needing variations on some moves. My male partner even stood next to me and joined in for something different to try. Will definitely stick with this and also try some others from P.J. Thanks

    Where have you been the last 12 years since I turned 40???? I have been working out with you for the past 5-6 weeks and am seeing results – something I really haven’t seen with all the other YouTube fitness instructors I’ve tried over the years. Your workouts just seem to work well with my aging metabolism. I’m hooked.
