Hey loves! So for right now’s video, I needed to share with you guys what I eat in a day to realize weight! I’m nonetheless on my weight achieve journey so I comply with these tips every single day!

My every day calorie consumption is 2400-2500 so I should eat loads of excessive caloric food. I actually suggest Ensure Plus, it has tons of energy and protein in a small bottle that is straightforward to drink!     I wish I could put more effort into the meals I eat, like you do. But my school starts at 6:30, so I never have time for breakfast. And I have to have whatever the school gives out for lunch, and it normally isn't very healthy so sometimes I just can't eat whatever they're having :/

    I can recommend a shake that has 450 calories and it doesn’t have high fructose corn syrup in it and that’s Enu nutritional shakes. I usually get it from Amazon but at the moment, they’re out of stock ? probably because of me lol. It doesn’t have carrageenan in it either, it contains 23g of protein. It’s gluten and lactose free. Non GMO. I get mine from Amazon because those have more calories as opposed to the ones on the Enu website which only has 340 calories and 17g of protein. Best of luck!
