    i just tried and jeez its like my whole body just wet itself im sweating like mad im gonna do it for 4-5 weeks 2 times a day+ a diet plan and a walk about 3-4 times a week i’ll try to do updates.
    Weight: just under nine stone

    my motivation is that i want to look like how i looked last year and to make my ex jealous and to get my crush to like me ?
