    Hi, just want to say how helpful this video is. I think the only realistic explanation for such little viewing is that maybe the people who really do need to see this video are in so much pain they can't type! In any case, I have rheumatoid arthritis, linked to my SLE, and I'm 23…it's pretty severe, but I'm willing to try anything! These position hacks are definitely something I'll try soon! Thank you for this helpful, informative video.

    This is a helpful intro to yoga. I would suggest John Hopkins upload a full yoga routine for RA patients. I would do it everyday!

    Thanks so much for these tips. I have Still's Disease and have a lot of joint damage. People tell me so often that yoga can help me, but it's difficult to figure out how to do it with my limitations when so many routines have moves that just aren't possible for me. If you have suggestions (or other viewers) have suggestions for videos that have more accessible routines… I'd certainly welcome them.

    Would help to see someone with the daily pain get down and up, in and out of the chair, instead of a health person trying to act like i5s painful. Good video just not what I can relate to. Also we are seniors but please use normal voice, not slow teacher voice.

    I wish I could put weight on my hands. I used to practice Vinyasa Yoga nearly every day. Now I can barely do these maneuvers.
