    I have a question for you. I have Orthostatic hypotension and I was wondering if you had any tips for coming out of the yogic squat without having a head rush. It seems that no matter how hard I try to come out of any squat like the yogic squat I have bad dizziness and my vision goes dark for a few seconds.
