The latest fitness trend on TikTok is the training 25-7-2 StairMasterwhich consists of going up to a stair-climbing machine for 25 minutes on level 7, twice a week. This workout is a step up from the popular 12-3-30 treadmill routine and only requires a fitness machine – easily found at any gym – and a couple of parameters for a complete cardio workout.
The 25-7-2 workout is intense and involves a good challenge for those who want an intense cardiovascular workout.
