Jesse James West is changing the face of athleticism with his challenging bodybuilding videos on social media. He is a former D1 and D3 athlete and he constantly reminds fans that anything is possible. The fitness icon, whose videos have taken social media by storm, announced something important recently.

In a YouTube video, West shared about the latest challenge that he has taken on and how he plans to win the challenge. This is not his first time taking on something new and West seems ready to win.

The YouTube video titled,I’m done hiding this,’ starts with Jesse saying, “I got some news for you. You know I’ve traveled over the past year to many countries and many places to be around the greatest in everything that there is.”

Jesse went on to say who he collaborated with: “Wim Hof, Eddie Hall, Ronnie Coleman, I have collated with basically everyone under the sun. I have been slowly learning over the past year some of the greatest ways to live life.” Finally, he revealed the big secret, “But that was just the beginning. I will be stepping on stage for my first ever legitimate bodybuilding competition.”

While he has competed before, this will be his first serious and legitimate competition. West revealed that he will compete after 8 weeks of preparation. He also announced, “I am bringing to YouTube the most insane, the most groundbreaking series that anybody has ever seen when it comes to fitness and bodybuilding.”

West not only had the opportunity to do videos with Wim Hof and Ronnie Coleman but he also got the chance to collaborate with the late Joesthetics. Like everyone else, the news of Jo Lindner’s passing shocked this 24-year-old too.

Jesse opened up about his struggles

In a previous Instagram story, the fitness icon showed off his abs and talked about how working hard was taking a toll on him. He said, “That being said, I’m still struggling every day,” in the following story. This was regarding the passing of Jo Lindner which was not easy for West to deal with.

West also revealed that he is pushing past his struggles and is “doing this for Jo Aesthetics.” So maybe the new challenge that Jesse has taken up is also partly for his friend. Jesse James seems to be ready for the bodybuilding competition and is excited to participate.
