Furthermore, she added details of her exercise, revealing her rep and set counts. “Heavy ropes. I bought this rope @marshalls! I go hard for 20-25 reps; 3-4 sets. Get your heart rate up to burn fat,” she revealed. The workout is usually a part of CrossFit training and is done for an intense strength-building and calorie-burning exercise. Besides, excessive fat is a leading issue in the fitness world, thus, her fitness tip might prove beneficial to many.
