Revolved Triangle pose is quite a challenging yoga posture as it requires flexibility as well as balance, but it is a beautiful asana that invigorates the whole body.

The Sanskrit name of the pose is Parivrtta Trikonasana which comes from ‘Parivrtta’ meaning ‘Revolved’, ‘Trikona’ meaning ‘three angles of the triangle’, and ‘Asana’ means ‘pose’, translating into English as ‘Revolved Triangle Pose’.
