“How to stick to your diet/workout routine when travelling?” a user asked her.
“I don’t diet on holiday at all. I just make sure at least one meal kicks off with vegetables/protein and I work out on holidays. Always. And dessert is a must…always!” said Masaba, who is currently enjoying her time off in Istanbul.
When a user asked her about her last meal, she shared the picture of “My buckwheat roti pizza for dinner”.
Considering her penchant for fitness, an Instagram user posed a hypothetical question — “What would be your alternative if you are not allowed to workout for some time except for a walk?” Tagging her trainer Apoorv Mathur, Masaba quipped, “I’ll do lots more of Yoga and Pilates hopefully and chew the coach’s brains to invent new forms of movement.”
Her sense of humour was spot on when she responded to a question about her workout routine and her motivation.
Sharing a few snippets from her strength and conditioning classes as well as Pilates, Masaba shared, “Strength where I obsess over each muscle as you see”, and showing off her well-toned back, she added, “Motivation is my own back.”
On how she ensures finding work-life balance, the 33-year-old expressed that she tries to take a break to travel. “But I don’t come from the school of thought of work-life balance — my work is my life and vice versa And I enjoy it thoroughly,” she said.
Listing her workout routine, Masaba wrote, “5.30 am – wake up
Do some breathwork
6.15 am to 7 am – check emails
7 am or 8.30 am – (yoga/srength– alternate days)
9.30 am – sit in traffic enroute office and crib
Work, work, work
7 pm- Dinner
Work Work
9.30 pm – Sleep”
And finally, on her husband Satyadeep Mishra, Masaba adorably shared with a photo of his, “Fab ya. Too handsome.”
Fun, right?
