    I cannot thank you enough for this practice, I have a strong pms and menstruation which makes me feel a lot of pain every month for 2 weeks each. This practice makes me feel super good, and I normally end up super relaxed and almost painless, and your kind words always makes me feel emocionally better. So thank you SO MUCH, namasté❤️

    I have been learning about 'Menstrual Cycle Awareness' from a couple of awesome books* recently as part of a journey to find more ease with menstrual cycle and have been finding the journey of learning about all of the 'Inner Seasons' – Spring (Follicular), Summer (Ovulatory), Autumn (Pre-menstrual) and Winter (Menstrual) – really rich and rewarding.
    I would LOVE it if you would consider developing a little series around each of these, to celebrate, channel and nourish these energies. I'm finding that learning how to present to my cycle through all seasons, rather than just at crazy crampy times is super rewarding and yoga to deepen that would be amazing!!!

    *I've been reading Wild Power by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer and In the Flo by Alisa Vitti, both have websites with free content too 🙂 Current top tips for menstruating people!

    Hey 🙂 I’m a trans guy who has INTENSE (like enough to make me scream) periods and no one believes it’s as bad as it is, and it’s especially hard to advocate for myself and my pain since it all makes me so dysphoric and I just wanted to say thank you. This video is very helpful, and though it doesn’t get rid of the pain, it makes it bearable and makes my day more possible, and less dysphoric. Can’t thank you enough <3

    Amazing! I was in such discomfort this morning I couldn’t bare it! After this practice it was bearable! I noticed my breath more after the practice and kept softening areas of discomfort in my low, sweet belly! You always have my back Adriene, you have all our backs! Namaste❤️🙏🍃

    Somehow this just turned into me following steps and sobbing on the floor for 20 minutes in a fuzzy blanket. This was my first session with you and it occurred to me there was more compassion in our voice over the internet then I experience on any given day. And the belly rubs also turned me in that this was the first compassionate and loving touch I've received in too long to remember. What a sad but somehow freeing realization that I can be the loving hug I need.
