Hey yogis, this week I’m providing you a 10 minute all ranges sequence that is nice to do on the finish of an extended day.     Just tried this out as doing a different bedtime yoga stretch a day and have to say for a inflexible and tight twat as I am this ended up waking me up. Was great though but definitely a after work want to continue doing stuff flow not a right before bed flow!
