  22. When I became anorexic I would only drink water. After they cured me, I eat more normally but I keep drinking only water and tea (not instant tea). By cutting out all soda and other drinks you can lose weight fast and naturally, so please try that, instead of becoming anorexic.?

    Just a fact: lemon water is good for you, but drinking lemon water is HORRIBLE for your teeth. It wears away your enamel, making it easier for you to get cavities and early tooth decay

    Personally, writing down what I would eat in a day as well as how much I would exercise has helped me a lot. It has made me more conscious of what I'm eating and how much I workout. Also, I need to emphasize how right Alivia is with water. Water has been so helpful and I've noticed that but drinking more water I have been feeling healthier and better. I used not drink a lot of water (or any beverages in general) but I'm am so glad I do now. If any of you have trouble with not drinking enough water, keeping track and setting up reminders helps. It really is great for remembering to drink more water and making sure you drink enough. I hope this helps someone out there and that you all know you are beautiful just the way you are. Don't feel pressured to lose weight for someone else, but do it for yourself, wether you want to feel healthier or just want to be slimmer just because. Have an amazing day/night to whoever is reading this and stay strong.

    There is no such thing as Sugar free gum there is a different word for it that says in the nutrition bar. If it says that's it's sugar free- it's not entirely true.

    I've lost 12lb in the past 5 months. I'm 14 and I kept going up and down because I'm still growing and I have teenage cravings. I am currently 101lb and I'm only 25% body fat (:

    If I get a craving, I'll chew on sugar free mint gum or drink green tea. I only drink soda on special occasions, but that's barely ever. I workout a bit too everyday.

    Tips:
    -Drink 17oz of water before every meal.
    -Drink green tea with lemon to boost metabolism
    -Eat sugar free gum to decrease hunger + avoid late meal + distract yourself
    -avoid the word 'diet' -> transform it to your daily lifestyle
