December 29th 2021 : Last year, I decided my new years resolution wouldn’t be weight loss. I settled on 365 days of yoga! 365 days of yoga during a pandemic… life saving! It help me learn to love myself, gain self-confidence and discover a new passion. Yoga is for everyone, and I hope this video inspires you to start!

You can watch back the journey on my instagram, where I saved videos in my highlights, and I posted everyday on my feed. I archived some posts because it was a lot of yoga pictures, but let me know if you want more info about a specific day!

I didn’t plan in advance, I simply picked one video a day! And the length varied between 10 minutes and 90 minutes, but I would say the most frequent length was 25 minutes.

Lots of love from Montreal,

*In the video, I mention that I hope this inspires people to believe that their body can do anything they want. Listening to it afterwards, I realize that for some people, that’s not possible, and even if they do want their body to move a certain way, it’s not possible. So I would like to apologize for not considering that, and also not acknowledging that just having a body that can move freely is already a blessing. Sorry for that little mishap πŸ’–.
